Unleashing Vision 2017

A Vision for 2017

Stop what you're doing right now, get up and get a cup of coffee, hot tea, whatever, but sit down and read this post to it's completion. It's about you. 

I felt a strong urgency in my spirit to begin writing and not stop until there is a complete understanding of how 2017 is going to look for the believer; regardless of any circumstances. 

Galatians 3:26 says you are all children of God. God is considered to be a King a royal King and we are of this royal priesthood. 

His divine wisdom is for this moment. DO you believe this?

The bible also says in Philippians 4:13 that I CAN DO ALL THINGS through CHRIST who STRENGTHENS ME. This is HUGE and it's time for YOU to stand up and believe in this very thing. 

Who are YOU NOT to believe in such an incredible ability; a destiny? The ability to do ALL things because JESUS is behind you backing you up all the way?

You are a child of the most high God and you are created in HIS image- It's never too late to grab a hold of this incredible message. This message is good news. This is your day. No matter your current situation- it is never too late- God is ready for you!

I believe that God speaks to all of us. God also give us wisdom to live by; it's like water; without it, we perish. Everyone must begin to embrace wisdom. Wisdom will help in the deliverance of everyone of us. 

Lately, I have a heavy heart about some people and God has been speaking to me about them and myself. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is the choice of whether we learn from our mistakes, and move on or we don't face the mistake and get stuck. I see this in many people and it hurt because there is a better choice. I see potential in people and part of me wants to hand them everything on a silver platter. I have done this in the past and the results were devastating. I created monsters.  I enabled people. I hurt people; I hurt myself. It wasn't right. I've learned from my mistakes but as I view their life currently,  there is nothing they have learned.... So, now, I pray. 

I pray often. As I pray, seeking wisdom, my wife and I were in a deep conversation. During our conversation about certain people, the Lord gave m a vision for the believer and I would consider it a prophetic word for 2017. 

Three words God dropped into my heart; Obedience, Direction, Prosperity; In that specific order.

The first word, Obedience. I felt the Father say; "This is going to be a year of Obedience."  Deuteronomy 28:1 says "“And if you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth." 

Prophetic Word: "The church is going to rise up and obey Father. The church will do what the Father says, go where the Father goes and say what the Father tells them to say. It's a moment of obedience in your life as well." All God is asking right now is for you to just OBEY and watch happens.

I believe that mindsets can hinder the believer and or propel the believer into their destiny. Mindsets are biblical. You are what you think: (Proverbs 23:7) There are so many people who have this idea that obedience is just for Children and they are right because we are Children of God, we must obey- that is what we are called to do and even as a adults- even if it doesn't make sense to us now. We obey the law. We obey the rules of the stores, etc., Too many times we find ourselves seeking direction but not wanting to obey the steps towards this goal, dream, desire, etc., - (take another sip). The believer was born to obey because we were created to do that in the first place before the fall of man- as well, Sin causes a believer to rebel- and it causes set backs and let downs. (another chapter later)

Words of encouragement is for you and for this time: Through your obedience, God is going to teach you many including; How to live. How to love. (The right way), How to provide for your family. (the God way), How to give more and enjoy giving! How to create a better life for yourself.  Most importantly, as you learn to obey- Your mindset will change.  

This obedience is going to give you direction for your life. 

The second word was Direction  Proverbs 3:5-6 says: " Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In ALL your ways, acknowledge Him and He will make straight your path. God is the God of direction. He wants to take total control of your life and wants to give us direction. All humans seek this direction;

It's important to ask yourself some of the following questions: 1. Do I have direction for my life? Where do I want be in 1 year, 4 years? 6 years? 10 years?  This does not matter if you are a millionaire, a traveling evangelist, a high school freshman or even a 36 year old woman still living with her father;

Prophetic word: "This is the hour." says that Lord "that if you acknowledge me in all your ways, then I will guide your paths and bring you into my perfect WILL." That is a are very powerful promise from God. And has God ever let you down?

Direction is what you need right now; it's what we all need. Without it, we perish. (Proverbs 29:18) I see this all to often- It doesn't mean we die, it means we get lost in the black hole called the world.  I see so many people in my life who seem to have just fallen away. The difficulty in pulling them out is tremendous; BUT GOD!

As you seek and obey- God will place direction in your spirit; I promise. But you have to do your part; Obey ands see the direction God has for you!

So, What do you want out of your life? Education? A family? A wife or a husband? A great Job? Well, you need direction. God is willing to give this to you if you want it! 

The direction for your life is at your fingertips and God is ready with open arms to give you the opportunity to find that direction, as well as get on that path to living your dreams. 

The final word that dropped into my heart is Prosperity.

Believe me when I say that God wants to see you prosper.

Prosperity is very simple; Prosper in EVERY AREA OF LIFE!

I have held on to this verse (Jeremiah 29:11 ) (click on it) for my entire walk with Jesus Christ, believing that He has always been looking out for me. I believe that I have even found favor at times with God and believe I find favor with God on a daily basis. 

Because of this, obedience, we prosper. God has given the church every single corner of the world and every single square inch- He has given it to the Church- why not, then, shall we prosper? God says "When you obey, you prosper"

This comes down to many different areas of life. A. Relationships, B. Careers C. Bank Accounts D. Health E. Happiness. etc., I have heard from many people that being rich is a sin or having a nice home is not the idea christian. I am very sorry but I do not serve a God of poverty. I do not serve a God of settling. I serve a great big God who cares for me and wants to see me Prosper and achieve all that I have ever dreamed of! After all, if God has called us to his own and he is directing and guiding our paths, then each thing we do is of God as long as we are standing in the perfect WILL of God!

God WILL is for EVERY BELIEVE to PROSPER!!!

Vision: In the year 2017, The Church is going to see a return of finances to the church. The Church is going to see a rise in attendance. The Church is going to see a rise in givers and giving. The Church is going to see a revival which is currently on going. 

God is going to  unleash his blessing upon His House. HOWEVER, the believer must be willing to stand in obedience and willing to listen for direction and be open to living in prosperity 

My encouragement to you: Prosperity is for you. It is your year to receive all that God has for you. God can restore lost and broken years. He did it for me and my life was radically changed. He even used people to help me through the Broken To Prosperity (my next blog).  God can give back those years that were lost. He can give back those children, friends, relatives who have walked away. God is a God of Miracles! 

Father wants to prosper you in 2017. He wants to give you all that you can imagine. You don't have to wait to get to heaven to receive the fullness of the Kingdom of Heaven- it is right here before your eyes, you just have to take hold of it! Are you ready? Are you willing? Will you take the first step?

Final thoughts.  YOU are not alone in this Journey. God is right there. If you are missing something in your life, maybe it is time for a change. Maybe it is time to go back to school and make a life for yourself. Maybe it is time to become the performer God has called you to be. Maybe it is time for you to write that book that God wants to help you write. Maybe it is time that you are to move and start a new life. Maybe it is time that you begin looking for that dream Job. Maybe it is time that you come back to church. Maybe it is time that you seek a closer walk with Father. Maybe it is time...... to begin walking in obedience, begin receiving direction and walking in prosperity!

STOP DAYDREAMING AND START LIVING

Stop what you're doing at this very moment. Grab a hot cup of coffee, tea or a water bottle; whatever you like. Sit down...wait, maybe you are, ok, so read this entire blog to its finish! 

I know you've been daydreaming a lot and you keep thinking about different ways to make $$$, live a great life, be happy, but something just keeps getting in the way! and the answer is........YOU!

You start project after project but every time you get to the hard part, you give up! Or you get to busy, walk away, and forget about the whole thing.  

Then, after a couple of months, you're looking online and that great idea has been accomplished by someone else.... That great new blog topic was written, Someone has come up with a million dollar idea that you knew you could have done, but ugh... kicking yourself yet? Me too; many times.

We all daydream. I spend a lot of time daydreaming. But this daydreaming has now started becoming a reality to me and my family. You are probably wondering how?

Well, If you’re anything like me, you probably you spend hours searching for all the different people who have become millionaires for the most ridiculous reasons yet it made them millions of dollars. You’re thinking to yourself, why in the world am I not doing something like this. “I could do that!” or “Are you serious?” I can do that! But when you start the project, something happens inside of you.

A.   You get discouraged.

B.     You get distracted

C.    You get bored

D.    You realized that money is the only thing that is going to help you get to where you want to be but you have to find a way to make that money but you can’t because you don’t have a great job and you live from paycheck to paycheck and you can’t save for anything. Right? Right!

I get it. I know what you go through and I want to reassure you that you’re not alone. Sound like a support group?  Sure But it’s more of a reality check at this point.

Your life is one big mindset- “So he thinks, that he will be” - You are what you think! If you think that your poor, then you will be poor, If you think you’re fat, then you’re gonna be fat. If you think you can’t do it, then you won’t be able to do it.

I’m here today to tell you that now is time that you walk away from your mindsets and begin the journey to become who you are called to be and set your mind in the right direction. You are someone who can do what ever you desire but you must begin to make the right choices and seek the positive way of life in your heart. I believe in Jesus Christ. My positive light is the Lord and God has given me all that I’ve ever asked for. You can have this as well. I've set my heart to this place and it's worked for me. 

I could not get where I am today by myself, I needed some type of guidance. God became that foundation and he used and uses others to be the vessel to guide me to the place I am today.

I wanted to stop daydreaming and living in my mind.  Do you want to stop daydreaming? But I was unable to do that because I was making choices that were not worthy of the calling within me. I was daydreaming. I started projects and when it got to the difficult part, I turned the other cheek and took off. I began writing books and when it became to the point of conflict, I got scared because of the success and put down my pen.

Can you relate? God used a family who are not blood relatives but were definitely and and still are until this day a vessel to see the opportunity for direction and guidance in my life. 

I was never really a wild child, but daydreaming was my middle name. Of course, I still daydream, but there is a focus now.   I received direction because there was a day in my life where I was uncertain about my future, and really really upset about my current situation. I knew that I needed to get out but it seemed impossible at the time. My haert was broken, I had no money. I wasn't happy.  So one day, I went to the place where I was staying and I just had enough. So my friend, who could see the potential in me, told me that I needed to sit down and she asked me this question;

"Where do you see yourself in Five (5) Years?" and I honestly could not answer that question. I had no idea where I wanted to be or where I saw myself. She then told me to sit and think and when it comes to you, then write it down in pen- It will be then be permanent and you won't be able to erase it. It was then that I received some major revelation. For the first time in my life, I realized I still could dream and that I knew that I was capable to knowing what I wanted in life. 

So I started writing. All my goals,  One year, five year, and 10 years goals. and until this day, they are continuously developing and being accomplished. God gave them all to me. 

The key: Writing it down! 

When I daydream I write it down. Usually the daydreaming is about accomplishing a goal and writing it down helps me to focus and stay on track. Regardless of what those dreams are or were, I write them down, even though they all have not been accomplished, I still write them down. 

I had many dreams growing up as a young man.

I knew that I had to focus the daydreaming and that’s when I received the direction I needed for my life; a life lesson that caused me to always be stronger than I am and will be.

 Each of these goals gave me something to look forward to. 

And I believe that the process of this entire way of life will help you as well.

If you continue to daydream and research about this person and that person becoming successful and you never find yourself successful, you are obviously doing something wrong; something needs to change.

Now is the time to do that. Your daydreaming days are over. You now have the ability to stop daydreaming and start living.

Here is how:

1.     Get a pencil

2.    Get a pen

3.    Find two pieces of paper

Paper # 1

You are going to write down all of you goals in pencil.

One Year Goals                    Five year Goals                     10 year Goals

Just start writing. Yes, think about them, but don’t give them too much thought. Ask yourself the following questions:

1.     What do I want in one year?

2.    Where do I want to be in one year?

3.    How much money do I want saved in One year?

4.    What are my desires?

Repeat this for both five year goals and ten year goals.

My advice to you is to write at least five goals, each of them better than the first and stronger as you move forward down the road in your life.

You only live one live, so you need to live it to the fullest

This should take you a little while- Once you are done. Yep, You guessed it; 

Paper # 2

Seal it in Pen-This way you know it's permanent and cant be erased. 

Make a couple of copies and put them in places where you know you’re going to look at them on a daily basis.

Remember that it only takes a moment to stop daydreaming and to start living. This is the first step to becoming successful in who you are and who God has called you to be.

I knew that depression was a big part of my life as a kid and into much of my young life. I I gave up way to easily and never accomplished much. As I got older, I began kicking myself because there was so much that I could have done differently. This list of goals, created in me a bridge; A very big bridge that had the words "Get over it" on it. and through this list of goals- I found my way of getting over it and becoming something of myself and realize that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

Did you finish that drink you poured yourself? Maybe you're not asking questions. Maybe you have a dream that you want to accomplish. Maybe just maybe, you want to be a blogger but you've read things that say blogging is a thing of the past- well, receive this! Who cares? If you want to do it! Set yourself a goal. and I will say this, there is no shame in being a child of God and wanting to be a millionaire. so if you want to be a millionaire- Make yourself a Goal and work towards that goal!  I want to encourage you to stop and think that you are only where you are for a season and that your day is coming but you have to prepare for it. Write your goals and watch them come to pass.
